SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most orders are shipped the same day from our Spring Branch, Texas location. Some orders may be shipped directly from the vendor warehouse.  We ship by UPS

Next Day Air orders placed by 12:00 PM CST should be delivered by 10:30 AM local time on the next business day (weekends and major holidays do not count as time-in-transit days). You may also select Saturday Delivery on Next Day Air orders placed on Fridays.

Second Day Air orders placed by 12:00PM CST should be delivered by the end of the second business day.

On Ground shipments, please allow three to eight days for delivery.

We will make every effort to contact you in the event we are unable to meet these delivery times. Please note that you will not be contacted if the item you are ordering is already marked out of stock or not yet published on the website.

Shipments going to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses will automatically be sent by a Postal service comparable to the one you select (for example, Priority Mail for Second Day Air).

Shipping rates are based on weight, service and location. You will be given the cost for each available service, based on your order, during the checkout process.
