How to qualify:

Here’s how it works: You pay a $99 Upfront Fee, then just $9.99 per month for your equipment. A 24-month service commitment is required. Early Termination Fees and other conditions apply. If you cancel your order before installation, you will not be charged.

If you cancel within 30 days of activation: No Service Termination Fees are charged. You must return your HughesNet modem, power supply and radio within 45 days from the time of termination or be charged a $300 Unreturned Equipment Fee ($100 for the modem and power supply and $200 for the radio transmitter). Note: You will not be refunded your $99 Upfront Fee or other installation charges and fees.

If you cancel after 30 days of activation but before the end of your 24-month term commitment: You will be charged a $400 Service Termination Fee. You must return your HughesNet modem, power supply and radio within 45 days from the time of termination or be charged a $300 Unreturned Equipment Fee ($100 for the modem and power supply and $200 for the radio transmitter).

How to qualify:

Sign up for a consumer service plan between 5/24/10 and 6/30/10.
HughesNet service must remain active for a minimum of 31 days.
$50 mail-in rebate applies only to new HughesNet subscribers.
This rebate can only be combined with the HughesNet $100 mail-in rebate offer for upfront purchases made between 5/24/10 and 6/30/10. Not combinable with any other offer unless approved by your dealer or reseller.
All submissions must be received by 9/30/10.
